James serves as VLO's Client Relations Manager. He is the first point of contact for new client enquiries, coordinates initial NDA setup, and routes incoming matters to the relevant partner based on jurisdiction, practice area, and conflict-of-interest considerations.
He is not a practising lawyer. He understands how law firms work from the inside — and how clients want to be received during the difficult first 48 hours of a new dispute. Every enquiry that comes to VLO passes through James before it reaches a partner.
