Henrique founded VLO Law Firm in 2011 after a decade in cross-border commercial practice at international firms. He leads complex multi-jurisdictional disputes with a focus on enforcement of foreign judgments, corporate matters, and international arbitration. His practice spans European jurisdictions, MENA, and Latin America.
Prior to founding VLO, Henrique was Senior Associate at a leading Iberian firm where he led the cross-border disputes desk. He represents clients before the Lisbon Commercial Court, the Tribunal da Relação, and acts as counsel in ICC, LCIA and ad hoc arbitrations.
